The search for great-tasting beers has long been a passion in my families life. Over the years I’ve tried to take every opportunity I could to sample and discover new styles, flavours and textures. As my interest grew, I decided to get into home-brewing in an attempt to recreate styles that I couldn't find locally. I was hooked from the start. Every chance I got would turn into a brew-day. My life from then on revolved around improving the craft in both science and art. All of my recipes have been meticulously adjusted and re-brewed until I found the perfect combination to provide maximum drinking pleasure.
